Modification n°2 du PLUI
Le Plan Local d’Urbanisme intercommunal (PLUi) fixe les règles d’aménagement et de constructibilité sur le territoire. Il fait actuellement l’objet d’une 2e modification de droit commun qui permettra notamment de répondre aux objectifs de production de logements définis par le Programme Local de l’Habitat et d’intégrer les nouveaux projets du territoire. L’enquête publique portant sur la modification du PLUi et celle du zonage d’assainissement des eaux usées de l’Agglo de La Rochelle est organisée du 4 juin au 11 juillet prochain.
